Download the Enduro-STS™ Brochure (pdf) Chain or Linear Induction Motor (LIM) Drive The Enduro-STS™ Synthetic Tilt-Tray Sorter can be driven by our high-stregth composite chain or our new low-profile, horizontal Linear Induction Motor (LIM) drive. We partnered with Force Engineering, the leader in LIM-drive systems, to deliver a highly efficient, LIM motor that has a low profile to reduce potential interference in RFID-enabled envirnoments. Or, we can develop a high-strength composite chain if you desire bull-gear or catepillar drives. Resilient, Quiet and Durable Composite Track We designed the modular track to be strong, yet resilient enough to allow the carriages to "eject" from the track in the event that there is a material jam in the system. The result is a super quiet track that significantly reduces downtime in the event of a jam. And, if there is damage to the track, it can easily be replaced by using a socket wrench rather than a blow torch. These lightweight sections come in lengths up to 12-feet and you can even have access panels built into the track for easy carriage and track maintenance. Tip-Up Assemblies For repetitive stress environments utilizing solenoids or piston-activated mechanisms, nothing beats the durability of our specially alloyed Brandonite® tip-ups that last three times longer than traditional metal tip-up mechanisms. These assemblies have 50% fewer parts and cost less than traditional metallic tip-ups. Maintenance-Free High Strength Composite Drive Chain We have been able to develop a new composite drive chain that is lightweight and strong. How did we do it? First, we came up with a new, patented design that evenly distributes the load around all the chain components, giving it unparelleled strength. Then, we use a specially formulated material that allows certain alloys to give it even more strength. The result is a chain system that is quiet, does not stretch and REQUIRES NO LUBRICATION OR MAINTENANCE. Highly Concentric Carriage Wheels These lightweight and durable wheels can last up to 50% longer than urethane or rubber wheels because of unique materials and molding processes which give these wheels perfect balance and concentricity. |
