CARL W. FORSYTHE, President and CEO
Carl has over 24 years experience in helping companies grow, having been a key executive at several billion-dollar companies. He began his career at Ford Motor Co. and thereafter spent sixteen years in financial services. He has also been a private investor. Mr. Forsythe has extensive operational, marketing and sales management experience. He has a BA in biochemistry from Columbia University and an MBA in finance from Cornell University.

Dr. XIU WANG, Director of Polymer Technologies
Dr. Wang has 20 years of experience in a wide variety of polymer-based sciences including developing polymer blends, composites, alloyed materials, compound formulation, processing and characterization. Dr. Wang also has expertise in a wide spectrum of thermoplastic and thermoset elastomers, fluoroplastics, polyolefins, engineered and high-performance polymers. He has developed several new products, including semi-conductive materials, bipolar conductive composites for Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cell applications and thermally conductive and unique Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) composites. Dr. Wang holds a Doctorate in Plastics Engineering from the University of Massachusetts (Lowell), a Masters in Chemical Engineering from Ohio University (Athens, OH) and a BS in Polymer Science from Dalian University of Science and Technology (Dalian, China).

WILLIAM ("BILL") MCCOURT, Chief Financial Officer Bill has over 30 years of experience in public accounting and finance. Prior to joining Globe, Bill was the CFO for Soluol, Inc., a manufacturer of speciality chemicals and coatings. Bill is active in numerous community and business organizations and resides in Lincoln, RI. Bill is a CPA and a graduate of Bryant University.

BUDDY CUMMING, Director of Product Development
Buddy has over 20 years of experience in the composite industry where he has held various positions overseeing manufacturing processes and new product development. Buddy joined Globe in 1989 and was has been responsible for production, new product development and prototyping. Prior to coming to Globe, Buddy was an owner of an elastomer machining and casting business as well as an owner of a computer support company. Buddy is a liberal arts graduate from Massasoit Community College.
TOM ROBERTS, Director of Operations
Tom has 41 years of experience in a variety of research and development and manufacturing-related responsibilities at W.R. Grace & Co. and B. F. Goodrich Engineered Systems Division. Tom has 33 years of experience in polyurethane and rubber products. He joined Globe Rubber Works in 1978 and completed numerous assignments throughout the company, including production supervisor, research and development, technical services, safety officer, cost estimator, plant manager and manufacturing manager. Tom took on the role of Production Manager in mid-2007. He has an Associate Degree from Boston State College and attended Boston University for three years (evening classes).
